Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for paid plans and purchases on LLMs.txt Validator (llmvalidator.io). The core validator and detector are free; this policy covers paid subscriptions and one-time purchases.

Subscriptions (Business and Agency)

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing portal; your plan then remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed. Because you keep access for the period you paid for, we do not generally provide prorated refunds for partial months already begun.

One-time purchases

Some outputs (such as generated files) are delivered immediately at the time of purchase. Because they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, one-time purchases are generally non-refundable once the content has been generated and made available to you.

Billing errors and exceptions

We want billing to be fair. If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer-protection law, contact us within 14 days of the charge using the details in our Privacy Notice and we will review your request. Refunds, when granted, are issued to the original payment method.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
